I want to make inserts ffor blank keyrings but don't know how to get my pics resized to fit.I want to use A4 paper getting as many small pics onto this to cut out and insert into my keyrings for family and friends. Any suggestions.I don't want to buy inserts just want to resize large photos or use clip art pics but can't get them to the size i want.

Have you got any graphic software like Corel, Illustrator? If not, it is possible in Word.
I'm assuming your keyring has a plastic popout cover the same size as the image you require. Measure the area you require (this will be your template). In Word insert>picture>from file, find where you stored you image and insert. Resize your image by dragging the corner (never the sides or top/bottom). Make sure the keyring template fits within the size of the image. (If you right click your mouse - on a PC, click format picture, there is a tab that tells you the size of the image). Cut and paste, if you want the same image or insert another, fill the page. If you find the images are jumping around and won't stay where you want them, right click your mouse, format picture, layout tab, in front or text. This will let you move the images wherever you want on the page.
Print out your page. To cut them out, use the template. Draw round it and cut. This way you won't get any white borders round your photo (a bit more professional!).
